In this role you will be responsible for managing a variety of projects that will have lasting impacts within the municipal infrastructure sector including linear water, wastewater and stormwater infrastructure.

What you’ll do:

  • This position is an opportunity to take on a variety of tasks i and manage capital infrastructure such as linear pipe. 
  • Excellent communication is required, including strong organizational skills. We are seeking individuals with demonstrated leadership skills who thrive in a dynamic work environment and value a high service level for clients.
  • Project Management for a variety of water, wastewater and stormwater projects. We support our team members to contribute for the full life-cycle of a project, from planning through to construction completion.
  • Maintaining client communications and expectations to our client service objectives.
  • Preparing proposals, business development and marketing within municipal sector. 
  • Guiding the project team through the preparation of technical reports to support the project and meet project and client needs in an effective and timely manner. 

Does this sound like you?

  • Undergraduate degree in Engineering from an accredited post-secondary institute or diploma in Engineering Technology from an accredited technical institute.
  • Registered, or eligible for registration as a professional engineer with APEGA or a technologist with ASET.
  • Minimum 8 years of progressive experience in the engineering consulting industry focused in municipal infrastructure. EPC and petroleum industry experience may also be considered.
  • A PMP designation would be considered an asset but is not essential.
  • Proven project management experience.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • Committed team player and highly motivated. 
  • Positive outlook, self-motivated, customer focus and curious mindset.
  • Valid driver’s license. 
  • Ability to travel within Canada.
