This role is responsible for managing projects from functional program development through design, implementation, and close-out, while ensuring alignment with approved scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards. The successful candidate will bring strong infrastructure and construction project delivery experience and a proven ability to manage multiple aspects of projects end-to-end while building and maintaining strong client relationships.

Local and/or airport experience are considered assets but not requirements. (Internal Title: Project Management II) Assist Senior Project Manager (SPM) with portfolio and project management tasks. Manage & oversee small/medium planning exercises in coordination with consultants (under supervision of SPM) to develop project scope and lead feasibility studies.

Assist SPM in managing consultants/engineers/designer/contractor mandates (scope, budget, cost, quality...etc.) Coordinate with internal stakeholders and manage external consultants/contractors accordingly Prepare and develop slide decks and presentations for Vice President meetings with Executive Team Run status update reports for projects and overall portfolio Perform and manage Project Controls (Scheduling, Budget, Cost Control). Excel and ERP proficiency is key Assist in overall organizational governance and communications between departments and with consultants Track, monitor, and report on project performance, milestones, budgets, quality measures, and KPIs, implementing corrective actions as required Evaluate project effectiveness through consultation with clients and project teams Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders Working Conditions Hybrid work environment (minimum four days per week in the office) Ottawa-based positionMinimum 3 years of experience in Project Management Proven experience managing complex infrastructure or aviation projects from functional program development through design, implementation, and close-out Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or related discipline) Holding a recognized Project Management Professional (PMP) certificationlike Project Management Professional (PMP), CAPM or Ready or other recognized Project Management certifications Excellent bilingual written and verbal communication abilities in both French and English (bilingual) Technical background is key.
