Job description

The Reliability Manager is responsible for ensuring operational integrity, regulatory compliance, and adherence to company standards across multiple locations within an assigned region. This role blends operational oversight with strong compliance, risk mitigation, and reliability leadership. The manager will perform regional audits, evaluate site-level performance, support corrective action plans, and ensure that all sites maintain compliance with internal policies, client requirements, and federal/state/local regulations.

Reporting Location: Gulfstream - Savannah, GA (must be willing to relocate)

Willingness to travel (50%) is required.

Work with senior leadership to develop regional compliance strategies aligned with organizational goals.

Collaborate with HR, Safety, Operations, and client contacts to resolve escalated issues and ensure a unified compliance approach.

Prepare and deliver compliance and audit reports, including key trends and recommendations, to leadership and clients.

Focuses on 6s strategies to ensure compliance is met and exceeded.
