Lead the Future of Aviation in Texas and Beyond

RS&H is looking for an Aviation Division Leader to drive innovation and growth across our South-Central Division (Texas and surrounding states).

This is more than a leadership role-it's an opportunity to shape the future of aviation in one of the fastest-growing regions in the country. We're seeking a dynamic leader with a strong presence in Texas who thrives on building teams, forging client relationships, and delivering transformative solutions.

  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Ability to travel across the Division to existing/potential Airport Clients
  • Must have a Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
