Description
As a Full Time, Janitorial Cleaner at Foxtrot Aviation, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean, safe, and efficient environment for our staff and customers. You will be responsible for ensuring that all cleaning tasks meet the high standards of quality expected by our organization. This position requires strong communication skills, adherence to safety policies, and a commitment to teamwork.
This role is located at the Cleveland Hopkins International Airport (CLE)
Key Responsibilities:
Cleaning Duties:
  • Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces, restrooms, and common areas ensuring a high level of hygiene.
  • Empty and properly dispose of waste and recycling bins throughout the facility.
  • Clean and disinfect common areas such as bathrooms, break rooms, kitchenettes, and meeting rooms.
  • Wipe down and disinfect high-touch surfaces, including doorknobs, light switches, and handrails.
  • Monitor and replenish cleaning supplies, ensuring that all necessary products are available for use.

Safety Compliance:
  • Adhere to all internal and customer safety policies. Report any hazards, injuries, or concerns promptly to supervisors.

Communication:
  • Effectively communicate scheduling needs to your supervisor and maintain open lines of communication with co-workers, supervisors, and on-site management.

Attendance:
  • Follow Foxtrot handbook policy 605 on attendance, ensuring consistent and reliable presence at work.

Quality Assurance:
  • Ensure that all cleaning tasks consistently meet the quality expectations of the station, taking pride in your work.

Time Management:
  • Verify hours worked before the end of each payroll cycle to ensure accurate compensation.

Training Compliance:
  • Complete all required training as mandated by Foxtrot Aviation to stay updated on best practices and safety procedures.

Team Collaboration:
  • Cooperate with team members and supervisors to understand priorities, timelines, and daily goals, contributing to a positive work environment.
