We are currently seeking a qualified SeniorField Test Engineer to join our team.The individual will be a part of a high-profile project responsible for performing integration and test activities comprising of field support of on-going projects.

We are currently seeking a qualified SeniorField Test Engineer to join our team.The individual will be a part of a high-profile project responsible for performing integration and test activities comprising of field support of on-going projects.
Location: New York City, NY
Work Arrangement: On-site
Responsibilities:
- Perform integration and test activities comprising of field support of on-going project activities.
- Performs on-site installation and maintenance of Non- CBTC and CBTC equipment for wayside systems
- Perform Field Change modification to existing Designs as needed; Perform field troubleshooting, maintenance in CBTC equipment such as vehicle and wayside systems, and other external tasks related to test documentation and formalization of reports.
- Initiates work process procedures as per customer process
- Identify problems detected during tests and corrects them as required
- Supports Troubleshootingand repair CBTC equipment as required
- Provides support of test Carborne and Wayside activities and the planning of field activities
- Provides technical support in all operational matters in the functionality of wayside subsystems
- Works with diverse departments and becomes involved in all phases of integration, commissioning and support
- Promotes customer relations / company credibility
- Investigate/Troubleshoot system anomalies through analysis of data files, design documentation and interaction with development departments
- Provide summaries and detailing of test activities in the form of both informal and formal test reports
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in related field or master's degree in related field
- Strong field experience in a rail transit installation, test or support environment or similar technology application is of significance.
- Demonstrates and applies a broad knowledge of field of specialization through successful completion of moderately complex assignments
- Effective organizational and communication skills to interact professionally with all levels inside and outside the organization.
- Strong process orientation and discipline to ensure compliance with both Corporate and Customer procedures.
