About the Role:  

We’re looking for a friendly and reliable Valet to help create a great first and last impression for our guests. In this role, you’ll greet arriving guests, safely park and retrieve vehicles, and assist with directions or questions as needed. Valets help keep traffic flowing smoothly at the entrance, maintain an organized parking area, and work closely with the team to ensure a welcoming, efficient experience. Attention to detail, a positive attitude, and a commitment to guest service are key to success in this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Effectively and efficiently park customer vehicles
  • Return customer vehicles upon request in a timely fashion
  • Promote good customer relations by consistently providing premier customer satisfaction with a friendly demeanor and willingness to help
  • Use and maintain equipment properly, including keeping equipment clean
  • Have the ability to work on your own with normal supervision
  • Observe safety precautions at all times
  • Perform all other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • A valid driver license, and a clean driving record
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal communication skills 
  • Demonstrate proficiency in English -both verbally and written. (if applicable)
  • Comfortable driving all makes and models of cars, in both automatic and manual transmission styles
  • Experience in customer service (preferred).
  • Able to perform physical activities such as running, lifting, and bending


Benefits Offered:

Full time employees maintaining an average of 25 hours a week have an option to enroll in medical insurance and an HSA account while those who maintain 20 hours can choose to enroll in dental, vision, voluntary life, and pet Insurance. Employees are enrolled in the company’s 401k plan with an annual discretionary match after 500 hours of employment. Sick Leave is available for all front of house employees and accrued at 1 hour for every 40 hours worked.
