At Blueprint Smiles, we strive to provide a positive experience for our patients and teams. We know the demands of dentistry and the challenges you may experience when treating patients all day long. We provide an excellent support system, training, and teamwork to make everyone's day enjoyable. We recognize that when team members are supported, our patients, in return, receive exceptional care.

How do we make a positive impact for our teammates? We start by being different:

If you are looking for a dental job in Buford, these are the core values we want our team member to prioritize:

What benefits and perks do we offer for our dentists?

  • Salary range:
    • Average new graduate income $175K
    • 2-4 years of experience average income is $225K
    • 5+ years of experience average income is $275K
    • Owner doctors: 325K+

We do not remove x-rays from your production, charge you lab fees, and create hidden costs to affect your overall income. It is plain and simple, 30% of everything you do is what you are paid. Corporations may give you a higher percentage upfront, but after all of the codes that go back to the house and fees you are charged, you will end up much lower than 30%.

  • Every other Friday off with only half-day Fridays when working
  • PTO and 401K
  • Health insurance
  • An office culture with positive energy, and we believe in teamwork
  • Our own video training and mentoring program for your professional development
  • We are technologically driven in all aspects of dentistry, we have state of the art equipment for both your comfort, and the patient's
