SUMMARY:
Fort Worth Housing Solutions is accepting applications for the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO). The CFO is an executive leadership role responsible for the overall financial strategy, operational oversight, and fiscal integrity of the agency and its affiliated entities.

Salary: Dependent upon Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Accounting, Finance, or a related field with at least Ten (10) years of progressively responsible financial and accounting management experience required.
  • At least five (5) years of department‑level supervisory experience required.
  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) certification preferred.
  • MBA, MPA or other advanced degree preferred.
Additional Requirements:
  • Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check.
  • Must possess a valid Texas driver’s license or be able to obtain one within thirty (30) days of employment and be eligible for coverage under the organization’s fleet auto insurance.
