Job description

Jackson Radiology Associates (JRA) has been the premiere private Radiology provider in West TN since 1972.  Looking to add 2 IRs to support growth, fill uncovered rotations, and improved Physician work-life balance.  IR schedule is fast-paced and highly structured.  100 full-spectrum caseload including PAD, Oncology interventions, dialysis access mgmt, venous disease, embolizations, biopsies, stroke thrombectomy, PE interventions.  Robust, built in network through West TN Healthcare. Main hospital is primary site for high acuity VIR and Specials, including stroke.  Secondary hospital site provides regional IR coverage / outpatient focus. Independent site VIR/IR Clinic, 10,000 sq ft with 7 dedicated exam rooms, 2 state of the art procedure suites w/ GE U/S and GE OEC Elite C-arm systems. 

Lean operational environment where 25 fellowship-trained radiologists regularly cross-cover rotations.  Call is 1:4, $2,000 per shift.  Volumes average 13,000+ per physician annually. Excellent Clinical staff support. Guaranteed year 1 salary is $750,000.  Signing bonus $40,000 from hospital + $60,000 by JRA. Relocation allowance.  Malpractice covered by SVMIC.  CME, Minimum 11 weeks PTO, 100% paid benefits, HSA, 401k, profit sharing, home work station, 1 yr partnership track to new grads, fast track to partnership to experienced rads. 

JRA covers a total of 36 sites including 5 hospitals, 2 imaging centers, 1 cancer center, 1 multispecialty clinic, and 1 JRA owned IR clinic/OBL. 

MD/DO, BE/BC in IR. Open to experienced or new grad, no visa sponsorship available.
