Responsabilidades Claves

  • Responsable de inspeccionar las habitaciones y suites para asegurar que cumplan con los estandares Forbes 5 Estrellas de limpieza, presentacion y funcionalidad.

  • Mantener la excelencia en habitaciones, suites y pasillos, superando las expectativas de los huespedes y la gerencia.

  • Revisar visualmente las areas publicas, asegurando que esten limpias, organizadas y en buen funcionamiento.

  • Supervisar el uso adecuado de productos quimicos y suministros de limpieza.

  • Coordinar, asignar tareas y capacitar al personal de housekeeping, asegurando la cobertura.

  • Registrar los resultados de las inspecciones, resolver inquietudes de los huespedes y mantener los estandares.

  • Asistir en la limpieza de habitaciones y entrega de amenidades segun sea necesario.

  • Asegurar que los pisos esten debidamente abastecidos y completar los informes de inspeccion de manera precisa.

  • Mantenerse informado sobre las operaciones diarias del hotel, eventos y actualizaciones de procedimientos.

  • Cumplir con todas las politicas de seguridad; reportar accidentes, lesiones o condiciones inseguras.

  • Desarrollar y mantener relaciones de trabajo positivas, apoyando al equipo para alcanzar objetivos comunes.

  • Asegurar que el uniforme y la apariencia personal esten siempre limpios y profesionales.

  • Mantener la confidencialidad de la informacion propietaria.

  • Realizar otras funciones razonables que sean solicitadas por los supervisores.

Cualificaciones
  • Orientado a la hospitalidad.
  • Experiencia previa en housekeeping, requerida.
  • Capacidad para agacharse, inclinarse, estirarse y levantar hasta 50 libras.
  • Habilidad para manejar situaciones dificiles de manera efectiva.
  • Fuertes habilidades de comunicacion.
  • Detallista y preciso(a) en el trabajo.
  • Disponibilidad para trabajar en horarios flexibles, incluyendo noches, fines de semana y dias festivos.
  • Totalmente bilingue (espanol e ingles).
