Job Description: As an AV and Security Technician III, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of security systems. 1. Technical Leadership:
Lead and supervise a team of AV/Security technicians, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
Assign tasks, set priorities, and ensure efficient utilization of resources within the team.
Provide technical expertise and troubleshooting assistance to team members when needed.
Promote a positive and collaborative work environment, fostering teamwork and continuous improvement.

2. Project Coordination:
Collaborate with project managers to plan and execute AV and security system installation projects.
Review project requirements, specifications, and design plans to ensure proper implementation.
