Must have: -

  • Demonstrated technical experience.
  • Relevant engineering certifications focusing on audio-visual and conference room equipment such as Microsoft Surface HUB and PolyCom
  • CTS Certification.
  • Implementing audio-visual solutions for conference rooms and situation rooms.
  • Supporting Teams and Zoom collaboration technologies.
  • Troubleshooting skills.
  • Project management.
  • Vendor management.
  • Familiarity with ITIL principles.
  • Service-Now
  • Must have excellent oral and written communication skills.
