Trillium Drivers is now seeking Autonomous Vehicle Operators in Detroit for direct-hire!

Pay rate starts at $19/hour. There is a $3 shift differential and $3 attendance incentive which would result in making up to $25/hour!

Incentive Details
-Operators are eligible for an additional $3/hour incentive if they:
-Work all 5 scheduled days
-Maintain required operational efficiency metrics

Shift Differential
The following shifts receive an additional $3/hour differential:
-9:00 PM swing shift
-2:00 AM graveyard shift

Attendance Flexibility
-Operations run 24/7. If an operator misses scheduled time due to illness or absence, management will allow them to work scheduled days off in order to still qualify for the 5-day attendance incentive.
