Your Daily Responsibilities

  • Perform repairs according to the repair order and dealership standards.
  • Conduct test drives and use diagnostic tools and specialized equipment to evaluate vehicle systems.
  • Diagnose, maintain, and repair major automotive systems including engine, transmission, steering, suspension, brakes, electrical, air conditioning, and more.
  • Communicate directly with the Service Advisor to update customers on additional service needs and provide accurate repair time estimates.
  • Complete warranty repairs in accordance with manufacturer guidelines.
