We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at University Tire. In this role, you'll be the face of our brand – helping customers find the right products and services while delivering an exceptional experience from start to finish. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
  • Connect with each customer in a professional and energetic manner to identify their specific requirements
  • Lead customers through process, offering expert product and service recommendations
  • Foster customer loyalty by providing clear, honest guidance and transparent advice
  • Manage sales transactions across multiple channels—in-store, telephone, and digital—while achieving or surpassing performance targets
  • Maintain current knowledge of promotional offers, warranty programs, and available
  • financing to better assist customers
  • Facilitate coordination between the sales floor and service bay to deliver seamless customer experiences
  • Participate in routine store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities when assigned

This role is located in our tire and automotive service retail location. You'll work in a dynamic, high-energy shop environment with flexible hours Monday through Saturday, with occasional overtime as business needs require. The position requires the ability to remain on your feet for extended periods, lift items weighing up to 75 pounds, and perform tasks in an active workshop setting. You'll experience exposure to typical automotive shop conditions, including moderate noise levels, fluctuating temperatures, and standard service bay elements.
