Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled, diagnostic-minded A-Level Automotive Technician who takes pride in doing the job right the first time. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform advanced mechanical diagnostics, electrical troubleshooting, and complex engine/drivetrain repairs across a variety of makes and models.
  • Utilize diagnostic software, scanners, and specialized lab tools efficiently, accurately, and safely.
  • Perform thorough Digital Vehicle Inspections (DVIs) with clear notes and photos to assist service advisors in communicating recommendations to clients.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized bay while adhering to high quality control standards.
  • Collaborate effectively with service advisors, parts managers, and fellow technicians to keep shop workflow moving smoothly.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience: 5+ years of professional, hands-on experience as an automotive technician.
  • Certifications: ASE Certifications are preferred (ASE Master Tech or L1 Diagnostic Specialist credentials are a major plus).
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in electrical diagnostics, drivability troubleshooting, and modern vehicle systems.
  • Licensing: Valid driver’s license with a clean, insurable driving record.
