Job Description Job Description Benefits: Employee discounts Paid time off 401(k) Health insurance Senior Automotive Technician / Shop Foreman Position: Motorsport Technician Job Type: Full-time On-Site Ability to Commute: Irvine, CA 92614 (Required) Company: Boden Autohaus Industry: Automotive Motorsport / Aftermarket Performance Boden Autohaus is a high-end performance and customization shop specializing in European and exotic platforms. As we continue to grow and take on more track-prepped and race-focused projects, were looking for an Automotive Technician with proven experience in advanced aftermarket parts installation. This is a hands-on role for someone passionate about pushing vehicles to their full potential on and off the track.

Responsibilities: Perform intermediate/advanced suspension setup and alignment for street and track applications. Assist with engineering and performance upgrades, including brakes, aero, suspension, and drivetrain tuning. Perform precise installations of aftermarket performance parts with a focus on quality and function.

Collaborate with other technicians and team members to support high-performance builds and services. Conduct diagnostics, inspections, and quality control for high-level vehicles. Maintain clean, organized workspaces and uphold shop standards for cleanliness and presentation.

Stay up to date on motorsport trends, engineering techniques, and new product developments. Requirements: 3+ years of hands-on experience in motorsport, exotic, or high-performance automotive environments. Deep understanding of chassis dynamics, racing alignment specs, exhaust and suspension engineering, wheel and tire mounting and balancing, etc.

Experience with professional alignment and corner balancing equipment (ex. Hunter). Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills; able to problem-solve quickly and efficiently under pressure.

Comfortable working with European and exotic platforms. Excellent communication and teamwork skills; able to work closely with fabricators, engineers, and customers. Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to handle high standards of precision and performance.

Bonus Qualifications: Prior experience with time attack, endurance racing, or competitive motorsport teams. Technical or mechanical engineering background. Management and/or leadership background.
