Available Shifts:Afternoons: 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (+15% shift premium)
Midnights: 11:00 PM - 7:00 AM (+15% shift premium)

What You Will Do
  • Troubleshoot, Repair, Maintain and optimize transfer and line dies in press and out as required
  • Operate Tool room equipment and machinery with precision
  • Supports press setup and efficiency as a team to achieve posted expectations
  • Adherence to safety procedures and protocols
  • Uses root cause analysis, problem solving skills to promote efficiency and quality
  • Directly responsible to maintain product quality to print specifications where applicable
  • Must be available to work overtime as required to meet Customer Demand
  • Serves in the capacity of wastewater handler commensurate with completion of proper environmental training
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Adapt and promote Lean Manufacturing principals using 5"S" and Kaizen processes
  • Support the Company's Goals and Objectives through Continuous Improvement action plan participation and completion

What You'll Need To Succeed
  • Must demonstrate proficiency of Blueprint GD&T interpretation of Dies, Details, and Part Prints
  • Must be able to effectively troubleshoot and solve daily operational deficiencies
  • Usage of a computer and other productivity machinery such as control panels
  • Must be able to interpret C.M.M. or gaging information and adjust Tooling to maintain Customer Quality requirements
  • Five years' experience in Metal Stamping, Prototype, Tool and Die Build or Die Repair Technician
  • Possess working knowledge of IATF16949, ISO 14001, and Q1 compliance criteria to maintain manufacturing environmental standards to protect and preserve our customers product and the environment
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment to meet production standards
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Some college or technical trade manufacturing education is preferred
  • Work may require extended periods of sitting, standing, lifting, bending, stooping and performing repetitive motion tasks
  • Excellent manual dexterity, ability to lift and carry up to 80 pounds frequently
  • Work is performed in a manufacturing environment with continuous exposure to noise
