Job Description

Our Sourcing manager will drive and implement commodity strategies across the organization. Manager will lead the sourcing teams in making decisions necessary to purchase products or services in congruence with organizational objectives and sourcing strategies.


Your roles and responsibilities:

  • To develop and maintain a qualified supply base
  • Maintain business ownership of specific commoditiesย 
  • Lead highly strategic, global, cross-functional Sourcing Teams
  • Manage, develop and implement strategies and goals for assigned commodities
  • Develop, design, and implement the framework for the "Rules of Engagement" with regards to maintenance and compliance to our divisional and/or corporate Purchasing Controls
Qualifications

We would love to talk to you if:

  • You hold a BA in engineering.
  • You have 4 to 7 years planning or purchasing experience.
  • You have more than 2 years manufacturing management, engineering, buying, production or product development experience.
  • You hold an MBA or Master's in Supply Chain Management
  • It would be great if you are a Certified Purchasing Manager (CPM) or Project Management Professional (PMP).
  • You also have FDA-regulated/aerospace/automotive industry experience.
