Lay's Transmission Company, a locally owned and operated business celebrating our 70th year, is seeking an experienced automotive technician who is ready to take the next step into shop management.


Whether you are an experienced tech, assistant manager ready to grow into full Shop leadership, or a proven automotive repair manager looking to lead an established drivetrain service center, Lays offers the opportunity to build your career with a trusted local business that invests in its people, technology and long-term growth.


What you'll bring:

The ideal candidate will bring prior automotive and repair industry experience, demonstrate leadership ability, and a strong customer focused mindset. We are looking for a leader who can coach and develop the team, support daily shop operations, drive business results and create a professional service experience for our customers.
