Automotive Shop Foreman A high‐volume, well‐run service department is looking for a true leader in the bays — not a clipboard manager. This Automotive Shop Foreman role is for someone who can keep workflow tight, mentor technicians, handle the toughest diagnostics, and maintain the level of efficiency and professionalism customers actually notice. If techs naturally come to you for answers and you want a leadership role where your experience is respected, this is that opportunity. This shop values structure, communication, and accountability. You'll have strong parts support, modern equipment, and a management team that backs the service department instead of slowing it down. The right Foreman becomes the backbone of the shop — the problem‐solver, the pace‐setter, and the standard everyone follows.
