Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead our Facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in vehicle maintenance and diagnostics, exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to manage a team of service technicians effectively. This role is crucial in ensuring that our customers receive high-quality automotive services while maintaining operational efficiency within our dealership.
Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily operations of the Facility, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
  • Manage and mentor a team of service technicians, providing guidance on automotive diagnostics and repair processes.
  • Ensure that all vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes and repairs, are performed to the highest standards.
  • Maintain a safe working environment by enforcing safety protocols and proper use of power tools.
  • Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, providing excellent customer service to enhance client satisfaction.
  • Monitor inventory levels for parts and supplies necessary for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
  • Collaborate with dealership management to develop strategies for improving service department performance.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in an automotive service management role or similar position within a dealership environment.
