Service Manager - North Shore CDJR
Build the Service Department. Lead the Team. Set the Standard.
Myrtle Beach, SC Brand-New Dealership Opening October 1, 2026
This Is Your Chance to Build Something From the Ground Up.
North Shore CDJR is a brand-new, state-of-the-art dealership opening October 1, 2026, in Myrtle Beach, South Carolina-and we're looking for an experienced, driven Service Manager to build and lead our Service Department from day one.
This isn't an opportunity to walk into an established operation and maintain the status quo. You're helping create it.
We're looking for a hands-on leader who understands that a great Service Department is built around people, process, customer experience, and performance. If you know how to develop advisors and technicians, drive CSI and profitability, and create a culture where people want to win, we want to meet you.
The Hanania Advantage
When you join Hanania Automotive Group, you're joining a growing organization that invests in its leaders and provides opportunities to build a long-term career.
We Offer:
  • Competitive compensation with strong performance-based earning potential
  • Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance
  • Voluntary Benefits
  • Company-Paid Life Insurance
  • 401(k) with Company Match
  • Paid Time Off (PTO) & Paid Leave Time (PLT)
  • Manufacturer and leadership training
  • Career advancement opportunities throughout Hanania Automotive Group
  • Employee discounts on vehicles, parts, and service
  • The opportunity to help launch a brand-new dealership
  • A high-energy, team-oriented, performance-driven culture
How You'll Make an Impact
As Service Manager, you'll have ownership of the day-to-day Service Department and play a key role in establishing its culture and performance standards.
  • Lead, coach, and develop Service Advisors, Technicians, and support staff.
  • Build a high-performing team focused on customer satisfaction, productivity, and profitability.
  • Establish service processes and operating standards for the new dealership.
  • Monitor key performance indicators including CSI, RO count, labor sales, ELR, hours per RO, technician productivity, and gross profit.
  • Drive customer-pay business through effective inspections, maintenance recommendations, follow-up, and advisor training.
  • Ensure exceptional communication throughout the customer's service experience.
  • Monitor workflow and technician efficiency to maximize shop capacity.
  • Partner with the Parts Department to improve workflow, parts availability, and overall profitability.
  • Recruit, train, retain, and develop top automotive talent.
  • Manage warranty processes and ensure compliance with CDJR/Stellantis requirements.
  • Monitor department expenses, labor costs, shop supplies, and overall profitability.
  • Conduct regular department meetings and performance reviews.
  • Work closely with the General Manager and Fixed Operations leadership to establish goals and execute business plans.
  • Create a culture of accountability, teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead by example and represent The Hanania Way every day.

What Sets You Apart
We're looking for a builder and a leader-not just a manager.
  • Proven experience as an Automotive Service Manager or strong Assistant Service Manager ready for the next step.
  • CDJR/Stellantis experience strongly preferred.
  • Demonstrated success improving CSI, customer-pay business, gross profit, productivity, and technician efficiency.
  • Strong understanding of service department operations and dealership financial performance.
  • Proven ability to recruit, coach, and retain high-performing teams.
  • Strong knowledge of warranty procedures and manufacturer requirements.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
  • Strong understanding of DMS and service management technology.
  • Hands-on leadership style with a willingness to get involved on the service drive and in the shop.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset and excitement about building a new operation.
  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
  • Must successfully pass a pre-employment background check and hair follicle drug screening.
The Hanania Way
At Hanania Automotive Group, we believe exceptional Service Departments aren't built by accident. They're built by leaders who develop people, create accountability, and never lose sight of the customer.
At North Shore CDJR, you'll have the opportunity to establish that culture before our first customer ever pulls into the service drive.
New facility. New team. New opportunity.
If you're ready to build a Service Department from the ground up, develop a winning team, and make your mark in the Myrtle Beach market, we want you on our team.
Build the team. Drive the results. Set the standard.
Apply today and experience The Hanania Advantage.
