Franklin Ford is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Manager to lead and oversee our service department operations in Franklin, MA! High performers are rewarded greatly and experience as a service manager is preferred.

The ideal candidate will drive customer satisfaction, manage a team of technicians, and ensure the efficient running of all service activities while maintaining high-quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Manage daily service department operations to achieve high customer satisfaction and profitability.
  • Supervise, train, and motivate service technicians and support staff.
  • Coordinate service schedules, repairs, and maintenance work to optimize workflow.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels of parts and supplies.
