The Experienced European Service Technician is responsible for overseeing and guiding a team of technicians in the efficient and effective repair and maintenance of vehicles.
Responsibilities
Technical Expertise:
  • Diagnose and repair complex automotive problems, including engine, transmission, electrical, and suspension systems.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques.
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, such as oil changes, tire rotations, and brake inspections.

Team Leadership:
  • Assign tasks to technicians based on their skills and experience.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to technicians.
  • Monitor technician performance and ensure adherence to quality standards.
  • Train and develop technicians to improve their skills.

Customer Service:
  • Communicate with customers about the status of their vehicle repairs.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service.

Administrative Tasks:
  • Complete necessary paperwork, including repair orders and work estimates.
  • Manage inventory of parts and supplies.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications
  • Demonstrates a high "HQ" (Hospitality Quotient) consisting of kindness & optimism, intellectual curiosity, work ethic, empathy, self-awareness, and integrity.
  • Certifications: Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. ASE or Audi technician certifications a strong plus.
  • Experience: 2+years of European Technician experience
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to diagnose and repair complex automotive problems.
  • Knowledge of automotive repair procedures and safety standards.
  • Ability to use diagnostic equipment and tools.
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
