The Sales Associate will be responsible for assisting customers with their vehicle purchases, providing product information, and ensuring a positive buying experience.More about the roleGreet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their needs and providing information about vehicles and services.Maintain a thorough understanding of the dealership's vehicle inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing, to effectively answer customer questions and make recommendations.Guide customers through the sales process, from vehicle selection and test drives to financing and closing the sale.Follow up with potential customers and leads to nurture relationships and encourage sales.Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall sales performance of the dealership.Prepare and process sales contracts, financing applications, and other required documentation accurately and efficiently.Assist in maintaining the appearance and organization of the showroom and lot, ensuring vehicles are clean and properly displayed.Address and resolve customer concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner to ensure high levels of satisfaction.What we look forPrevious sales experience is preferred, but not required.
