Our North American Semiconductor group is searching for a Supply Chain Analyst in Austin, TX or Reno, NV

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Assist in identifying & evaluating potential suppliers to expand & diversify the supply base
  • Support supplier selection processes by gathering and analyzing capability data
  • Participate in supplier qualification activities and assessments
  • Monitor & track supplier performance using established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
  • Prepare regular performance scorecards and reports for management review
  • Survey suppliers to evaluate production capacity and readiness for demand changes
  • Manage supplier compliance within the Responsible Business Alliance (RBA) standards and requirements
  • Coordinate annual renewals of Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
  • Lead or support supplier escalations and corrective action processes
  • Apply Six Sigma tools including 8D, PDCA, DMAIC, 5 Whys, Fishbone diagrams, Pareto Charts, and Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) to drive root cause analysis and problem resolution
  • Support cross-functional projects aimed at improving supply base performance and capabilities.


SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:

REQUIRED:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in supply chain management, Procurement, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field OR equivalent experience
  • Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret data and identify trends
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Understanding of supply chain fundamentals and best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and potentially internationally

DESIRED:

โ€ข Knowledge of MS Windows and MS Office with emphasis on Excel.

โ€ข Ability to read and understand schematics/blueprints preferred

โ€ข Knowledge of cleanroom protocol helpful but not required
