What You'll Do

As a General Service Technician, you'll help keep customers' vehicles safe and reliable by performing preventative maintenance and light repair services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Perform oil changes and routine maintenance services

  • Rotate, repair, and install tires

  • Perform vehicle inspections and recommend maintenance needs

  • Replace brakes and perform basic brake services

  • Perform wheel alignments (training provided if needed)

  • Check and top off vehicle fluids

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment

  • Assist experienced technicians with diagnostics and repairs

  • Communicate professionally with teammates and service advisors

  • Follow all company safety and environmental procedures

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred

  • Minimum 18 years of age

  • Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record

  • Passion for automotive repair and willingness to learn

  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

  • Good communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to successfully complete a pre-employment background check

Previous automotive experience is required. We are willing to train the right candidate who has a great attitude and a desire to build a career.

Physical Requirements
  • Lift and carry up to 50 pounds

  • Frequently stand, walk, bend, kneel, crouch, and reach throughout the workday

  • Safely operate customer vehicles and shop equipment

  • Work indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures and weather conditions
