Tooele Motor Company is growing and looking for a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our service team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who enjoy building relationships, solving problems, and delivering an exceptional customer experience while building a rewarding career in the automotive industry.

The Automotive Service Advisor serves as the primary point of contact between customers and the service department. This role is responsible for greeting customers, understanding vehicle concerns, recommending maintenance and repair services, coordinating technician workflow, and ensuring every customer receives outstanding service from check-in to vehicle delivery.

  • Greet customers promptly and professionally in the service drive

  • Provide estimates for repairs and maintenance services
  • Maintain consistent communication with customers regarding repair status, timelines, and recommendations
