Young Ford of Morgan is currently seeking a skilled and motivated Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining various vehicles, ensuring their optimal performance and customer satisfaction.

For a limited time, we will be offering a $10,000 Sign on Bonus for individuals who meet our criteria of experience and skills!!

Responsibilities:
  • Perform vehicle inspections and diagnose mechanical and electrical issues
  • Complete repairs and maintenance tasks efficiently and accurately
  • Keep detailed records of all service and repair actions
  • Communicate effectively with customers to explain the diagnosis and recommended repairs
  • Collaborate with other technicians and service advisors to ensure smooth workflow
  • Adhere to all safety procedures and guidelines
Requirements:
  • Experience as an automotive technician or similar role
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing vehicles
