Job description

Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Drivetrain Assembly Technician to join our team, specializing in the setup and assembly of complex differential and axle systems for professional drag racing and Street Performance applications. This role requires precision, technical expertise, and a deep understanding of high-performance mechanical systems.

The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical knowledge, exceptional attention to detail, and the ability to work independently while maintaining strict adherence to specifications and tolerances critical to performance and reliability.

Responsibilities:

· Inspect, evaluate, and check in housings and components for accuracy and quality

· Assemble complex differential and axle systems to precise specifications

· Identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues during assembly

· Utilize a wide range of hand tools, power tools, and specialized assembly equipment

· Ensure all assemblies meet required performance, safety, and quality standards

· Maintain clean, organized, and safe workstations

· Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines

Qualifications:

· Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience

· Ability to work with tight tolerances and precision measurements

· Proficiency with mechanical tools and equipment

· High attention to detail and quality

· Ability to work independently

· Ability to stand for 8 hours per day

Preferred:

· Motorsports or high-performance automotive experience

· Knowledge of gear setup

· Experience with racing applications (drag racing/Street Performance)
