Position Overview:
As an Automotive Sales Associate at Brickell Luxury Motors, you will be responsible for providing a personalized and outstanding customer experience to each guest. You will guide customers through the vehicle purchase process, demonstrate vehicle features, and ensure they drive off pre-owned vehicle. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about sales, customer service, and achieving results.
 
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers in selecting a pre-owned vehicle that fits their needs and budget.
Present and demonstrate vehicle features and benefits to customers.
Provide accurate information on financing, leasing, and trade-in options.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, following up to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
Meet and exceed monthly sales goals and performance standards.
Stay up-to-date on product knowledge, vehicle technology, and industry trends.
Maintain a professional appearance and conduct throughout the customer interaction process.
Collaborate with the finance, service, and management teams to ensure smooth transactions.
Handle customer concerns promptly and professionally.
 
Qualifications:
A minimum of two years prior automotive sales experience is required - luxury auto sales is a plus.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Enthusiastic about helping customers and providing an excellent buying experience.
Self-driven, goal-oriented, and motivated to achieve results.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks effectively.
Proficient in using basic computer systems and sales-related software.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
