Pay Type: $25 - $65 Flat Rate Hour
 
$2000.00 Sign on Bonus
 
1. Repayment Obligations: The employee may be required to repay the bonus if they leave the company within a specified timeframe of (18months).
2. Tax Implications: Signing bonuses are taxable, and employers may withhold applicable taxes.
3. Payment Timeline: Bonus will be pay in 2 installments, 90 days after starting date).
4. Conditions for Retention: Employees must remain employed for a minimum period of 18 month, to retain the bonus.

Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Technician to join our service department at Brickell CDJR. As an Automotive Technician, you will be responsible for performing diagnostic tests, repairs, and maintenance on a wide range of vehicles, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled technician looking to take their career to the next level in a fast-paced, high-volume dealership.

Key Responsibilities:
Perform accurate diagnostics and repairs on a variety of makes and models, specializing in Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, and Ram vehicles.
Conduct routine vehicle maintenance services, including oil changes, tire rotations, brake inspections, and fluid flushes.
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues, providing timely and effective solutions.
Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety and environmental guidelines.
Ensure customer vehicles are returned in excellent condition, meeting all repair and service standards.
Keep detailed records of work performed and report any additional concerns or necessary repairs to the Service Advisor.
Stay up-to-date with the latest automotive technology and repair techniques through ongoing training and professional development.
Work collaboratively with other technicians and service staff to deliver a seamless customer experience.

Qualifications:
Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification is preferred.
2+ years of experience as an Automotive Technician.
Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills with a commitment to quality workmanship.
Familiarity with the latest diagnostic equipment and tools.
Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Team-oriented with a positive attitude and excellent communication skills.
