About the Role:
CE Property Services is looking for a detail-oriented Roofing Quality Control Inspector to join our growing team in Littleton, CO. This is a hands-on role where your expertise ensures every roofing project meets the highest standards of craftsmanship and safety. If you take pride in a job done right, we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough quality control inspections on residential and/or commercial roofing installations and repairs
  • Identify and document deficiencies, code violations, and workmanship issues on job sites
  • Communicate inspection findings and corrective actions to crew leads and project managers
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, manufacturer specifications, and company standards
  • Perform pre- and post-installation inspections including flashing, underlayment, and shingle/material placement
  • Maintain accurate inspection reports, photo documentation, and quality control logs
  • Support continuous improvement efforts by identifying recurring issues and recommending solutions
Requirements:
  • 2+ years of hands-on roofing experience (installation, repair, or inspection)
  • Strong knowledge of roofing systems including shingles, flat roofs, flashing, and underlayment
  • Familiarity with local building codes and roofing industry standards
  • Ability to safely navigate rooftops and work at heights
