Mold Operator
Jeffersonville, IN | Temp-to-Hire | $17.50/hr
Shift: Monday - Friday | 1st Shift, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
About the Role
BESTAFF is hiring Mold Operators for a brand-new automotive facility in Jeffersonville, IN, producing interior door trim components for an all-new electric vehicle program with a major U.S. automaker. What You'll Do
  • Set up and operate injection-molding machines to produce interior trim components
  • Install dies and set machine controls for temperature, pressure, and molding time
  • Load material into the machine and start the molding cycle
  • Remove finished parts and trim excess material using hand tools
  • Inspect parts to confirm they meet quality standards
  • Record production and quality data accurately
  • Follow all written and verbal work instructions and safety procedures
