Position Title: Automotive Parts Advisor & Salesperson

Position Type: Full - Time
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 7:30 AM - 5:00 PM
Compensation: $38,000 - 44,000 Salary

Experience in Dealership Parts Counter Sales is a plus!

Essential Duties:

  • Assists all customers (retail, wholesale, and shop) in selecting required parts in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
  • Informs customers of companion part requirements and ensures that the customer is exposed to the full product line.
  • Answers phone calls within the first three rings, providing price quotes and other information.
  • Reviews body shop estimates to be sure parts ordered are accurate and all pricing is in line with the estimate.
  • Provides a high level of service to internal and external customers.
  • Pulls and fills orders from stock.
  • Notifies parts manager of out-of-stock parts or shop materials which need immediate attention.
  • Locates out-of-stock parts from outside source and submits an emergency order, if necessary.
  • Notifies the body shop when all parts have arrived and when they will be delivered.
  • Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • At least 18 years old
  • Valid Driver's License with acceptable driving record
  • Post offer screenings:
    • Background check
    • Drug screening
    • Non-DOT driver physical
    • Lift test
