We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Paint Prep Technician to join our busy dealership collision center in Monticello, NY. If you take pride in quality workmanship and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
  • Prepare vehicles and parts for painting by sanding, masking, priming, and cleaning surfaces
  • Remove imperfections and ensure surfaces are properly prepped for a flawless finish
  • Assist automotive painters with paint booth preparation and vehicle movement
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
  • Follow all manufacturer procedures and safety guidelines
  • Work efficiently to help meet production and cycle time goals
