This includes washing, waxing, and organizing dealership vehicle inventory while adhering to quality and safety standards.Duties and ResponsibilitiesWash and wax cars and trucks efficiently according to manager instructions.Follow dealership standards and supervisor directions to perform tasks accurately.Tag all vehicle keys correctly and ensure they match vehicle descriptions.Maintain a clean and organized shop area, including accounting for dealership tools.Comply with all federal, state, and local regulations related to waste disposal and safety.Work EnvironmentThis position requires working indoors and outdoors throughout the year, with exposure to dust, exhaust, and typical automotive materials. Physical tasks include lifting up to 50 pounds, stooping, kneeling, and handling cleaning equipment.Compensation and TrainingWages depend on experience and employment status. Job Requirements:
QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent.Strong manual dexterity with attention to detail and cleanliness.Valid California driver's license with a clean driving record.Working ConditionsTypically work 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday, with occasional overtime and rotating Saturday shifts.Work performed indoors and outdoors under various weather conditions.Exposure to dust, exhaust fumes, and automotive shop materials.Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform tasks such as kneeling, crouching, and handling cleaning tools.Uniform jerseys provided by the dealership.
