Westbury Jeep, part of the VIP Automotive Group, is hiring a motivated, organized, and tech-savvy Used Car Department Assistant to support our busy Pre-Owned Vehicle / Used Car Department.

The Used Car Department Assistant will work closely with the Used Car Management Team and help keep vehicle inventory, online listings, customer communication, and daily department operations running smoothly.

$20+ per hour + Commission

???? WHAT YOU'LL DO

As a Used Car Department Assistant / Automotive Inventory Assistant, your responsibilities may include:

  • Assist the Used Car Management Team with daily operations

  • Support used car and pre-owned vehicle inventory processes

  • Maintain accurate vehicle information in dealership computer systems

  • Perform data entry and update inventory records

  • Assist with online vehicle listings and inventory descriptions

  • Coordinate and upload vehicle photos

  • Help ensure used vehicle listings are accurate, complete, and up to date

  • Assist with vehicle merchandising and inventory presentation

  • Communicate with customers and internal dealership departments

  • Help coordinate vehicle-related paperwork and administrative tasks

  • Track and organize inventory information

  • Assist with day-to-day operational needs of the Used Car Department

  • Help maintain an organized and efficient department

  • Perform additional administrative and automotive dealership support duties as needed
