Carter Myers Automotive (CMA) is seeking an experienced Automotive Sales Manager to help launch our newest Honda dealership in Lexington Park, Maryland, scheduled to open in January 2027.


This is a unique opportunity to join the dealership's leadership team during the development phase and play a key role in building a high-performing sales organization from the ground up. We are seeking professionals who have demonstrated success leading sales teams, driving results, developing talent, and creating exceptional customer experiences.


We are seeking candidates with 2+ years of automotive sales management experience. We are not looking to fill a short-term position—we are seeking long-term business partners who want to build a career and help establish a successful dealership for years to come. A stable and progressive employment history is required. Candidates with a pattern of frequent job changes will not be considered.
