The Automotive Sales Associate at J.B.A. Infiniti plays a key role in delivering a professional, customer focused vehicle buying experience. As an automotive sales associate, you will guide customers through the sales process-from initial consultation to vehicle delivery-while representing the dealership with honesty, product knowledge, and attention to detail. What You'll Do
  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing new and pre-owned vehicles that meet their needs and budget.
  • Build rapport with customers, ask effective questions, and provide clear, accurate product information.
  • Guide customers through pricing, financing, trade-in options, and required documentation.
  • Stay informed on current inventory, manufacturer programs, and dealership promotions.
  • Follow up with customers before and after the sale to ensure satisfaction and support long-term relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with management, finance, and support teams to ensure a smooth sales experience.
Qualifications
Required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.

Compensation and Benefits
Compensation
  • $25,000.00-$60,000.00+ annually, paid weekly
    • Earnings vary based on performance and productivity
