About Us: Sellchology is a cutting edge motivational and sales training company that delivers educational content all over the world. We specialize in serving the automotive industry. Our training content is delivered in person at client sites, at sales and management seminars and via keynote speaking engagements at industry conferences. We also have an online learning platform for our clients to access our educational content on-demand and a training center in Atlanta.


Primary Duties – Client Success / Client Engagement


  • Foster and maintain relationships with Sellchology dealer clients under minimal direct supervision
  • Provide support to assigned dealer accounts using email, phone calls, social media, texting and onsite visits
  • Establish relationships and communicate well with executive-level management (owner, GM, GSM)
  • Guide dealership managers and sales teams through the Sellchology training material to assist in meeting their training needs
  • Proactively identify opportunities for engagement within the training content and coaching resources
  • Proactively engage in educational follow-up on how company resources can help clients grow and succeed
  • Manage and respond to client questions and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Serve as a co-moderator of a private coaching group on Facebook (manage membership and facilitate engagement)
  • Provide administrative and customer service support for Sellchology critical programs and events (e.g., industry conferences and events at our training center located in Atlanta)
  • Other duties as assigned
  • NOTE: This is not a sales trainer role


Primary Duties – Supervision


  • Supervise a team of Engagement Managers
  • Communicate and uphold performance standards for client engagement
  • Maintain and update documentation for client processes and procedures
  • Monitor employee productivity and performance
  • Provide constructive feedback, mentorship and coaching
  • Assist with client questions and client care
  • Train new employees in essential role functions and workflow
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide reports to company executives


Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Experience


  • At least 2 years of experience in the retail automotive industry: BDC, sales, management or vendor
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisor or leadership role
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with customers/clients
  • Familiarity with Sellchology sales training philosophy and techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to work on projects under minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory abilities
  • Strong customer service and communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Ability to follow instructions and have detail-orientation (use the word “exemplary” in your cover letter or intro message to prove this)
  • Ability to plan own daily work schedule and manage time (previous work from home experience is a plus)
  • Experience with Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Experience moderating Facebook groups
  • Ability to drive to client sites or company events; must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
  • Ability to do occasional out of state/overnight travel (typically a few trips a year; paid for by company)
  • Having a suitable home office environment for remote work (Internet access, a quiet place for taking/making calls, and ability to join video Zoom calls)


Education: High School Diploma or equivalent


Experience


  • At least 2 years of experience in the automotive industry in any of these areas: BDC, sales, management or vendor
  • At least 1 year of experience in a supervisory role


Benefits


  • Estimated annual income range is $55,000 - $65,000 (base guaranteed salary of 40,000/year plus performance bonuses between $15,000 - $25,000/year)
  • Hybrid role (virtual/work from home with onsite client visits and occasional travel)
  • Work from home about 70-80% of a typical month
  • 40-hour regular work week (no evenings or weekends)
  • Flex time (ability to establish start and end time of workdays)
  • 401(k) retirement plan, with the company contributing 4% of earned income (not a match, an unconditional contribution)
  • 14 paid holidays per year, includes time off between Christmas and New Year
  • 12 days of paid time off annually
  • Additional unpaid time off can be requested as needed
  • NOTE: We do not currently offer a health or dental plan
