Painter Helper – Collision Body Shop (Will Train)


Location: Tustin, CA 

We are a busy, family-owned collision repair shop looking for a motivated Painter Helper to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who wants to start a career in the automotive refinishing industry. Previous experience is helpful but not required—we are willing to train the right candidate.


Responsibilities

  • Assist the paint technician with daily shop operations
  • Sand, mask, tape, and prepare vehicles for paint
  • Clean and maintain paint equipment and work areas
  • Mix and organize materials under supervision
  • Buff and polish completed paint work as trained
  • Keep the paint department clean, organized, and efficient
  • Follow all shop safety procedures and maintain a professional work environment


Qualifications
