Job description

Are you a Senior Master Technician finding it challenging to keep up with the physical demands and pressures of flat rate and management?
Consider putting your talents to better use as our Shop Foreman. We have a team of 25 technicians who could benefit from your expertise and leadership. In this role, you'll ensure that repairs are performed accurately and efficiently by qualified technicians, while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction in the service department.

Scheduled: Full Time Monday- Friday. Approximately 45 hours per week.
Shop Foreman Duties:
  • Oversee a team of 25 technicians and provide technical support.
  • Monitor productivity and efficiency.
  • Share expertise and knowledge with the team.
  • Foster harmony and teamwork.
  • Ensure high-quality service repairs by conducting periodic spot checks on completed jobs for thoroughness and quality.
  • Understand and ensure compliance with manufacturer warranty and policy procedures.
  • Maintain a professional appearance that reflects the dealership's commitment to excellence.

Shop Foreman Qualifications/Requirements:
  • Ford experience is a plus
  • At least 10 years Automotive Technician experience desired.
  • Supervisory and organizational skills
  • Valid Drivers License (preferred)
