Lindsay Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram has an opportunity for the right individual that speaks Spanish to join our service team, as a Service Advisor. We have a huge Hispanic clientele that demands a Service Advisor that speaks their language and understands how to deal with their vehicle needs.

  • 80 Walk in clients daily
  • Brand new State of the Art, Multi-Million Dollar facility
  • Full Climate Controlled Service Shop and Service Drive
  • 25 Factory certified technicians
  • Business Development Center to handle all incoming appointment setting

Responsibilities will Include:

  • Write service repair orders & follow up with Service Clientele
  • Create and maintain working relationships with Clients and Technicians
  • Address the primary reason for the service visit and present recommended maintenance.
  • Achieve monthly performance goals while maintaining superior Customer Satisfaction.
  • Maintain communication with the customer throughout the day and deliver on our value proposition while utilizing Text, Email, and Voice communication.
