Job description

Traveling Brand Ambassador โ€“ Automotive Events & Community Ceremonies

Weโ€™re a fast-paced experiential marketing agency based in Long Beach looking for energetic, reliable, and customer-focused Traveling Brand Ambassadors to support an exciting automotive program running from late June through early December.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys traveling, meeting new people, representing a premium automotive brand, and being part of meaningful community and goodwill ceremonies. Events may take place throughout Southern California, but many will require out-of-state overnight travel.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Represent a well-known automotive brand at community ceremonies and special events
  • Engage with guests in a friendly, upbeat, and professional way
  • Assist with light event setup such as tables, banners, and promotional materials
  • Travel frequently for events both within Southern California and out of state
  • Some days may include covering multiple shorter events in one day and traveling between locations
  • Helping ensure events run smoothly and professionally


Qualifications:

  • Open and flexible to frequent travel
  • Self-motivated, dependable, and highly responsible
  • Customer-facing personality, outgoing, approachable, and not shy
  • Resourceful and comfortable working independently onsite, able to adapt in fast-paced event environments
  • Comfortable standing for long periods and assisting with light setup
  • Must maintain a polished and professional appearance
  • Ability to lift and carry light event materials
  • Previous Brand Ambassador, event, hospitality, or promotional experience is a plus

Position Details:

Location: Based out of Long Beach, CA | Travel Required
Compensation: $24-$25/hour + $35 daily per diem while traveling + Travel Pay + Paid Flights & Hotel accommodations.

Program DATES: Program runs: Late June โ€“ Early December

Schedule: Event shifts may range from 4 hours to full-day activations
