Automotive Business Development Representative (BDC)Job Summary

Global Auto Mall is seeking a motivated, professional, and customer-focused Automotive Business Development Representative (BDC) to join our growing team. The BDC Representative plays a key role in the customer experience by managing inbound and outbound communications, responding to online inquiries, engaging with prospective customers, and scheduling qualified appointments for our sales team.

This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong communication skills who enjoys building relationships, helping customers, and working in a fast-paced team environment. Previous automotive experience is preferred but not required. We provide comprehensive training and the tools needed to succeed.

Responsibilities
  • Respond promptly and professionally to internet leads, phone calls, and customer inquiries

  • Engage with prospective customers through phone, email, and digital communication channels

  • Schedule and confirm appointments for the sales team

  • Follow up with previous customers, leads, and unsold opportunities to generate additional sales opportunities

  • Provide exceptional customer service throughout the customer engagement process

  • Accurately update and maintain customer information within the CRM system

  • Work closely with sales consultants and management to ensure a seamless customer transition

  • Achieve individual and team goals related to customer contacts, appointments, and follow-up activities
