We are seeking a dependable and skilled Fiberglass Shop Worker to join our team. This position involves working with fiberglass materials to build, repair, and finish products according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have experience in a fiberglass, automotive body shop, or similar hands-on production environment.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Measure, cut, and shape fiberglass materials with precision
  • Read and interpret tape measurements accurately
  • Follow blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
  • Lay up fiberglass, resin application, sanding, and finishing
  • Perform repairs on fiberglass components
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently

Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately
  • Experience reading and understanding blueprints or shop drawings
  • Previous fiberglass experience or automotive/body shop experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
