Compensation: Salary + commission + bonuses (top performers can earn up to $175,000 annually)

Reporting to our General Manager, our Automotive Sales Associates are responsible for creating, maintaining, and nurturing customer relationships. You will work with all areas of the business to ensure an efficient and correct sales process.  What You'll Do

Nurture enriching relationships to build clientele for life

  • Greet showroom and internet customers
  • Help customers choose the right vehicle and conduct test drives
  • Follow up on leads, calls and online inquiries
  • Maintain CRM notes and customer communication
  • Work toward monthly sales and customer satisfaction goals
  • Continuously develop product and sales acumen to become the vehicle authority
  • Perform high-quality, professional demonstrations of new/used vehicles
  • Follow-up with buyers to ensure successful referral business
