Job description

Position Overview
We are seeking dependable and motivated General Laborers to join our automotive assembly team in Sterling Heights. This position involves assembling automotive parts using hand tools in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Candidates should be comfortable performing physically demanding work, including heavy lifting, while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Shift
  • Monday - Friday
  • 6:00 p.m. - 2:30 a.m. OT and weekends depend on production needs
Pay
  • $15.50 per hour
  • +$1.50 per hour shift premium for afternoon shift
Responsibilities
  • Assemble automotive parts according to work instructions and quality standards.
  • Use hand tools and other basic assembly equipment safely and effectively.
  • Inspect completed parts for quality and accuracy.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
  • Perform other general labor and production duties as assigned.
